论构造地质学和大地构造学的几个重要问题

Discussion on some important problems in structural geology and tectonics.

摘要:

在构造地质学与大地构造学研究中,自从创立板块构造学说以来,尽管已经取得巨大的成绩,但是还存在很多重大的难题有待解决,也有一些极具争议的课题值得探讨,尤其是大陆岩石圈内的构造地质问题。笔者认为,在中国区域地质调查中断层的多期活动及其年代学的研究最为薄弱,对此必须大力加强;在构造地质研究中,必须将变形与变位紧密地结合起来,也即应该把中、小型构造研究与大地构造研究结合起来。为促进深部能源的开发,盆地深部构造研究应大力加强。应认真关注碰撞带的定义、范围、内部结构及其与周边板块关系的研究。应扎实地推进岩石流变学与流体在各种地质条件下作用的研究。临震预报的探索与现代地球动力学研究十分重要,可能是中国为人类社会的安全和稳定所能做的一项巨大的贡献。大陆岩石圈内各个构造滑脱面及其相关断层的研究,对于构造岩浆活动和板内地震起到重要的控制作用。定量化的大陆动力学研究与深部成矿预测是当前很重要的课题。笔者建议大力加强对于上述课题的研究,科研决策部门也可考虑给予大力的资助。板块构造动力学机制的探讨是完善板块构造学说所必需的,但是在可预见的未来此课题很难有重大的突破。

Abstract:

 Since the theory of plate tectonics was established, great achievements have been gotten in the research of structural geology and tectonics; however, many important problems are still to be solved and some controversies should be discussed, especially the problems of structural geology and tectonics in continental lithosphere. The author considered that the research of multiple period displacements and chronology of faults was the weakest point in regional geological survey,so it should be strengthened. It is necessary to combine the rock deformation and block displacement closely in the structural geology and tectonic research. The study of deep basin structure should be enhanced for exploitation of the deep energy resources. The definition, framework, and intrastructure of a collision zone and its relationship with surrounding blocks should be paid much attention in the study. A solid study should be conducted for rock rheology and the action of fluid in different geological conditions. To explore the impending earthquake prediction and to research the recent continental dynamics are very important, which may make great contribution for the safety and stability of human society. To research the tectonic detachments in continental lithosphere and the related faults is important for understanding the control of the tectonomagmatism and intraplate earthquake. The research of quantitative continental dynamics and deep mineralization prediction are very important current tasks. The author proposes to enhance the research of above projects and suggests that the scientific policymaking body should consider giving financial aid to the projects. As to the study of the mechanism of plate tectonics, it is also necessary for the theory of plate tectonics, however this project is hardly to have breakthrough in the foreseeable future.
